At which Ron volunteered,
with our enthusiastic, unanimous support, to
become Coordinator-In-Chief
for our next reunion in 2011. It will, consequently, be
held
in St
Louis.
NOTE
THAT, ALAS, YOU'LL HAVE TWO SCROLL
BARS TO
MANIPULATE DOWN THE RIGHT SIDE OF
YOUR SCREEN, IF YOU ARE TO SEE THE ENTIRE TABLE OF PHOTOS*
* The double scroll bars
are an indirect consequence of
my having added music that will continue to play while the pictures are
being
scrolled though.
To make this miracle happen,
the table of pictures is inserted as an "object"
into a frame page which holds the music. My html
insertion
command won't however support an object which has a height of more than
1950
pixels; if an object's window height is greater than this, as it
is in this case, it's
automatically given a scroll bar of its own.
If anyone knows a better way
to accomplish this - having music
continue
to play in
the background of web pages as a viewer scrolls through multiple
screens - please
let me know.
In case the music fails to
play for you, it's Judy Garland's "Meet me
in St Louis, Louis". It should
play automatically
through any browser equipped with a Quicktime
plug-in.
