On his 1922 marriage certificate, EWTH listed himself as "keeper" of a residence hotel with the street address 42 Pinecliff Avenue, Southbourne, Bournemouth.   The following year, on the birth certificate of his son,  he listed his residence, with the same strreet adddress, as "Kit-Tha-Reng" (derivation of that name is not known).    The house pictured below, which now has that address, seems an unlikely candidate for the role of residence hotel.    It's possible however that houses on that street have been renumbered;  next door to the current #42  is a larger, more important Victorian structure, one which is a more likely candidate for "Kit-Tha-Reng".
